To further strengthen its core business, they considered partnering with an overseas company that holds cutting-edge network visualization technology. We negotiated on the agreement’s terms and conditions and performed legal checks, with the aim of a strategic investment with an overseas start-up that possessed network visualization technology. Once the strategic investment was formed, we attended a Board of Directors’ meeting held locally as a proxy; clearly conveyed the client’s intention as an investor to the management of investee; translated minutes and business plans on a timely basis; and deepened mutual understanding between the client and the investee.
