Research on overseas markets and technology trends, as well as negotiations to form a partnership with an overseas web development company

Through detailed interviews with our client, we performed research on overseas markets and technology trends and proposed an alliance with an overseas web development company. From dozens of candidate companies for such an alliance, we selected leading ones that could seek a synergy between the client’s technological capabilities and customer base in Japan and the cutting-edge web development technology of the alliance partner. We then made a visit to the candidate company and conducted extensive research from various angles such as management, technology and marketability before conducting alliance negotiations.
