In the unlikely event of such information being released in any way, we will take swift measures to rectify the damage, publish necessary information, and take steps to ensure that a similar situation does not occur again. |
| I-Interface will only use personal information within the scope outlined below, insofar as its use is legal under privacy laws and regulations, and after specifying the purpose, and confirming with the person to whom the information relates that they agree with its use. |

In the event of the company requiring the use of personal information for any reason other than those outlined above, we will always gain the permission of the person to whom the information relates, unless such permission has already been granted, or the reason for needing the information is considered an exception under privacy laws and regulations. |
